Is it possible for there NOT to be intelligent life out there?

Go to the web page below for the Hubble telescope and look at the image of a very small section of the sky just chock full of galaxies each containing hundreds of thousands of stars and ask yourself the question above.

I think you may need to look elsewhere than the internet for intelligent life. There is life here certainly but whether it is intelligent or not is up for debate.

To subscribe to the belief that we are IT, is absolutely egocentrical in the purest sense. Look at the facts:
1) The estimated physical size of the Universe
2) Scientists rarely refute the plausibility of Intelligent Design
3)It's conceivable that Hydrogen and Helium "got it on"
in other places too. (Don't tell me you've only ever done it in
the bedroom on the bed)

Hope so , there does not seem to be too much in here today. I rather doubt we are the highest form of life in that vast universe.
