I'll assume you're asking about extra-terrestial intelligence. The only known evidence of a non-natural emmission of radio waves was the famous WOW signal in August, 1977. 72-odd seconds of radio waves that were recorded. Since then, SETI has not heard a peep from space, even with high probability (per Drake's Equation) of life on other planets... Are we alone?

The O-Hare Airport sightings and Mexico City sightings are intrigueing, but no conclusive evidence. You'd think that the millions upon million of star systems with billions of years to evolve, would have some sort of intelligent life development, but the skies are silent?????

Out where?

Define intelligence.........

Do you mean other humans or any sort of other life forms with complex thoughts?

Do animals count as intelligent life?

Do you consider yourself to be an animal or were you created by some higher being?

Is the higher being god or a race of beings able to create other lifeforms?

Assuming you are using a strandard definition of "intelligent," and assuming "out there" means extra terrestrial, yes, there is a lot of it.

Using Drake's equation* there are about 1000 plants in the Milky Way galaxy that at this moment have intelligent life.

*Drake's equation, briefly

N= N(stars in the milky way) * Fp (fraction of stars with planets)*Ne (fraction of planets that are capable of sustaining life)* FI(Fraction of planets where life evolves)*Fi(Fraction of planets in FI where intelligent life evolves)*Fc(fraction of plantes in Fi that communicate)* FL(Fraction of planets life during which the communicating civilization live)=N (the number of communicating civlizations in the Milky way galaxy)

I think so, yeah. We have no idea what's out there in space and why else would there be strange sightings and weird situations all around the world?
