I like this question.I personally have a mustang in the garage with leather interior and i could not find anything that really smelled like real leather to get that scent back.I'll be watching this question.Maybe i'll just have to throw a cow in the trunk to get that leather smell back if i get desperate!!--LOL!

LOL.. nice touch with "throwing a cow" in the trunk, but I don't think that'll work.
I would start with cleaning the leather really well, then applying a good brand of Leather Cleaner and Restorer to the seats. Do this on a regular basis and it will greatly improve the look and feel of it.
I don't suggest those air freshner things.. they never quite do the job good enough! It's like the "New Car Smell" airfreshners.. it's really NOT the same!
Good luck, I don't think you want to pay $1800-2200 to replace the leather on all seats, althought THAT would be a sure-fire way to get the job done!

I suggest that you get some natural oil based leather treatment. Most of the newer stuff is synthetic and will not bring back the leather smell. The older treatments have ingredients that will help. Check out the online reviews for leather treatments to get some ideas of which kind will give you the cow smell back.

Personally I'd start with the new car dealer where the car came from they have the latest and greatest cleaners finishers and liquid formulas for leather seats. I see magic lotions, potions and formulas in car magazines every month. Who do you trust? You have an expensive investment that's why I'd trust your new car dealers formulations first. Walk in the parts room and ask some one on the desk what exactly you'd like to achieve and go for it. Good Luck!

We used the Yankee Candle brand air freshener, in the Leather scent of course. It works pretty well. Good luck!

position a bowl of vinegar on your motor vehicle and turn the air situation on for a jiffy. that's so the vinegar can cycle via the AC. (do not attempt this in a closed storage nonetheless.) Then turn the motor vehicle off and go away the vinegar in there over evening. interior the morning open all the abode windows interior the motor vehicle and the vinegar scent will use up. both smells will be lengthy gone.

I know some dealerships sell the "New Car" scent in a spray form. You could probably try the gift shop of a car wash, too. I LOVE that smell!
