Enough of the silly answers. Look in the local yellow pages and contact your local scrap merchant. If you can take it to them you'll get approx £40 depending on weight of car. If they uplift you may get approx £20.

Metal prices are high at moment so nows the time to scrap.

You may have other options....is the body of the car in good shape? There are probably parts on the motor that you could sell....radiator, starter, waterpump..... If these options are not something you want to consider....can you drive it to a salvage yard....you could get up to $100.00 for scrap metal (goes by weight). Look in the yellow page of your phone book under SCRAP, SALVAGE......

Look in your yellow pages for a local scrap metal merchant and give them a ring. Although they dont buy scrap from you no more you might have to pay for them to take it away.

You need your title to take it to a metal scrap yard. Look in the papers and there are people who will tow it away and give you a couple of dollars for the car.

Or get a welding tool, and cut your car in pieces for metal.

drop the fuel tank, empty it and stash it in the back seat. Remove all the wheel bolts when You get to the junk yard. the fork lift guy will lift the car up so the tires can be removed. They usually ask if you want the tires.

yopu can have it towed or drive it, if able, to a junkyard, some places will give you a minimal amount of money for it, but they will take anything off your hands. Or you can donate the car to an organization like the children's cancer fund and then write it off on your taxes later.
