If you were the boss when would you want to know?
1.When your employee is applying?
2.When they get an interview?
3.Or when they have been offered the new job?

I'm going to give him enough time to find a new employee so that I can train them before I leave. So that means more than 2 weeks.

I think most companies are the same. If they didn't want you, you wouldn't get notice. Even if you did a good job and there wasn't any kind of problem, most companies would give you little to no notice to terminate you!

When you consider leaving a company, you said what you think by your thought; considered leaving! If you really think the company you work for will say "Hey, we're going to fire you in two weeks...OK, so clean out your desk and get ready? Then, give the two weeks notice, that's all. In reality they won't give you much notice, so why should you.

If you say, I'll be leaving in about a week, they may say, leave now! That way you have only lost a weeks pay.

ok ok i know what your thinking... there is no way ANYone can make money off the internet from doing surveys ... it's a scam. oh but it's not. i'm 16 years old, a junior in high school. and i work at Mcdonalds. ok mabey not the best job in the world but hey a kid my age needs a little bit of cash. so when i got my licsense i also had to provide for gas money. i do not get any allowence. so i have to buy the things i need and for my gas. so i rarley had any money. so a few months ago my cusin told me about a website. all you do is sign up, fill out serveys, and get paid for it. of course i didn't believe it. then one day she got a check in the mail for $150. so i was like ok what the heck i'll check it out. so i did. ever since september i have been making over $250 a month. and now i have extra spending money. you get a check in the mail every month. first you sign up, you must be 13 years or older. then some surveys are two pages some are more. another thing is if you get other people to sign up you get a dollar for every new person. so go ahead check it out. and good look!!!!!!! here's the link --->>> http://www.*************/index.php?ref=76621
