Sylar from Heroes!
He is the perfect mix of intelligence and creepiness. Knowing that he could outsmart and out fight nearly anyone scares the living bejeebus out of me. Not to mention, the man can act... he envokes so much fright and fury within his viewers it's almost as if you were there watching him do the horrible things he does.
Or maybe I'm just an uber geek and love that show. :)

My favorite villian is Sylar from Heroes. I love his power. He has the greatest power but he doesn't know how to use it for good. He's so corrupt and wanting more power. He kills without even thinking. He'll eventually be stopped somehow.
