Both are accepted scientific terms with no political issues.

They are very different. A black hole is a huge object tens to hundreds of times more massive than the sun. A black body radiation can be made (almost to perfection) even in the laboratory for the study of absorption and emission of heat via radiation (meaning not by direct contact or convection),
