I guess you'd need to find a way to illegally show copyrighted clips and manage to get away with it like YouTube and MySpace.

well.. the target market would probably be high school kids... most likely.. since they are probably the highest percentage of people that use those two sites..
so you'd have to think like them..
teen magazines?
You just need 2 million 15 year old girls to notice you.. and you'll be a millionaire..

Find someone with the know how and resources to build it. Then wait for the visitors to migrate to your site from the others. But one thing to keep in mind: just because you build a better mouse trap doesn't mean anyone's going to use it.
