Snow along the roadways is the result of dirt from the road being sprayed onto it and from car exhaust settling onto it. I've never heard of black snow falling from the sky.

The black snow you're speaking of is like many others have offered is just road grime and exhaust. I have saw yellow snow but I never eat the yellow snow.

when the street is a main road it accumulates dirt and as the cars go by minute by minute it builds up and makes the snow dirty from all the slushing and splashing from cars.

If you see black snow then it's an apocolypse happening and everybody needs to hide in their safehouses lol!
