yes absolutely,its a very good idea...they make the mess they clean it up..if the kids make a mess in the house you expect them to clean it up don't you??same goes for graffiti..its about time the police did something right for a change not sitting about doing nothing thinking they are god!

I guess tht is gud the children were scrubbing the graffitti off the walls, but those children must have gud parents cos even the parents felt tht their children should be punished while standing there, these days u dnt see many parents doing tht..

If the kids messed it up, it's only fair they clean it, and if the parents could not watch them to keep them from doing it, they are as much to blame..

if you cant do the time, dont do the crime,they probably got shocked into doing it,that will teach them a thing or two.
