We obviously need other things (food, air..), but I think when it comes down to it, loving and being loved is what life's about.
What will go through your mind when you take your last few breaths of life? How much money you made? How you look? No. It will be the one's who have touched you in some way, and the ones you have touched and cared about.
And during the hardest, lowest points in your life, just having someone there to "love" you and help you through it is usally the best thing in the world...it's all you need!
