If you're not taking any other medications (over-the-counter or prescription), then I suggest drinking hops tea. It is sold in tea bags by Alvita Tea. You could even put a couple of tea bags under your pillowcase, and the aroma from the hops will soothe you to sleep.

I use or used to use before I was actually put on medication called Calms Forte. It's a homeopathic OTC sleeping pill. It really does work, but sometimes it is hard to find. Your local health food store should carry it. And it's must better than Tylenol PM or NyQuil, because with those you are taking other ingredients that you don't need to take to sleep.

attempt a low dose of Benadryl (it really is for hypersensitive reactions - regardless of the indisputable fact that it really is quite a similar element that they use in Tylenol pm to make you sleepy. yet why get the soreness reliever stuff if it really is purely sleep you opt on.) once you're feeling hung over you're taking too a lot.

I find the best one is Sleepinal. It doesn't leave you all groggy the next morning. Believe it or not a cup of hot sleepy time tea works great with it. Good luck

"Melatonin" is a natural chemical your body produces to make you sleep. You can buy suppliments at almost any drug store. I went to Wallmart because they are the least expensive. I use it, and it works very well without side effects and without the danger of overdose or dependency.
