Electronic Shift Motor being faulty?

a noise like its shifting, not a bad noise. The hubs still dont engange.

If you can hear the it switch over then you are right. But the fact that you still don't have four wheel could still mean other things. You hubs might need replacing, the drive in the transfer case could be broke. Better take to mechanic.

Look at your hubs is the arrow lined up with the dot if not it will not pull.The locks have three positions unlocked automatic and locked all the time.

Not necessarily. You still hear the switch click when the light bulb is burned out, don't you?

Have it looked at, then you won't have to speculate.
