It could be either, I guess. But knowing her history a drug overdose is more likely.

DRUGS!!! And Howard K. Stern needs to be investigated. He is listed on the baby's birth cert. as the father. If he stands to gain any money out of all of this, he shouldn't get custody and should be investigated heavily.

Lets not overlook the fact that the baby's father was indeed trying to get custody of her baby at the time of her death, and the fact that he may have snuck into her hotel room, killed her, and made it look like an overdose. Conspiracy? I think so...

Murder. Not only her, but her son. I think someone thinks they have the rights to her fortune and offed both of them to get it.

I don't know but I would say grief over her son had alot to do with it.
