can i install windows vista in the part for windows in my notebook?

If you want to only install windows visata on your notebook then do a clean install. If you want to have mulitple os's on your notebook such as xp and vista you will have to setup a new partition. Go to www.bootdisk.com or maybe www.blackviper.com for more help. Also you could check microsofts website for help.
