What does your wife really want. I evening with her husband, with out kids, without having to fix the meal and doing the dishes. Get grandmother to watch the kids. Take her out to eat, and take in a movie, come home early and give her a nice massage.
If you don't have the funds to go out. Rent a movie, put a steak on the grill and baked potato and a salad , sit down in front of the fireplace with out the kids and massage her back and shoulders , and cuddle . Tell her you want another wonderful 15 years with the most wonderful person in the world. Tell her she is the best thing that has ever come into your life. We do like hearing those things not just on valentine's day. Leave her a note that morning to be ready for the romantic guy she married and prove it.

What ever you do, surprise her!
Ask her to go to the store with you and instead go to a fancy restuarant where you already made reservations ( that will score big points).
Get the idea?
Is there a chore/fix it, that your wife has been harrassing you about? Fix it when she's not around & tie a big bow on it, when your done.
Remember the little stuff that make it special because she didn't know about it.
Reservations
Special table
a single flower (her favorite)
Pull out her chair, open doors etc.
Lit candles.
Rose petals on the bed or in a warm bubble bath just for her.

First off, congrats on your 15 years! My suggestion is to take your wife for a romantic getaway, maybe a bed & breakfast there are many in every state! Good luck :)

Get rid of the kids.
Cook her dinner.
Give her a bubble bath.
Give her a massage.
Watch a chick flick if she wants to.
Talk to her about your 15 years together.
Take her to bed and do all the things she likes you should have learned in 15 years.

Get a remote control starter for her car. It will warm her in winter and cool her in summer before she even gets to unlock the door. This should keep you in her thoughts in a positive way.
