A good work habit, that is they tend to study more and want to learn. A good portion of American youth tend to be more adsorbed by what the Hollywood stars are doing than studying math and science. Also the fact that there is so much competition to get good jobs in India that you have to work even harder to get the scarce resource.

according to me Indians ( i guess u r talking abt indians in asia n not near america) are intellectual but no one is superior from the other, all indivduals are equals be it an American, an Indian or of any country. If a person is acting superior to u then he is too bossy n arrogant, n he does not respect others emotions. I am an Indian too but would say that i have never met any other Indian who acts superior... u probably must have met a wrong person...

Indians have more adjusting attitude because they are brought up with long lasting faith for other humans given by their parents. The hardwork of parents results in mental peace which drives to the intelligence. But human life is a game of long run and is dynamic in nature. Tagging that indians are intellectually superior and making this notion static is not true otherwise Indians could have been involved in big inventions.

1. Almost all Indians are suffering from Antisocial Personality Disorder.

They do not. Those who think are are superior are just like any other people of any other country/religion who consider themselves above others. Example Hitler.
There are thousands of very smart and intelligent Indians in India's premier educational institutions and other places. They are all humble and polite and do not claim to be superior. If any of them is claiming otherwise, I do not see any difference between such a claim and Hitler's.

The truth is there is more drive. Indians place more importance on education. I'm an Indian and my parents are disappointed in something less than a 97. White people don't have that drive in this country also. I have plenty of friends whose parents just care if they pass. Indian parents also let there kids learn on their own. Most Indians being conservatives is another reason they are too.

Funny, I read this somewhere when all that noise was raised about call centres and outsourcing. It said that in India and other Asian outsourcing destinations the first thing they teach their new recruits is, that while dealing especially with Americans just remember 35=10, which means that the average IQ of a 35 year old American is considered equal to the average IQ of a 10 year old Asian.

bcoz of their rich pedigree and rich cultural tradition,Indian are highly intellectually developed right from the child hood,that's why we can see in India alone unity in diversity,so it is nothing to be surprised to see Indians intellectually superior than othe rs,also thers are many things to support this fact .
