as long as your ATI is 128mb, it will run fine

Your best bet would be to check this directly with Microsoft. Personally - I don't know why anyone wants to jump to that POS Operating system - I've been working with it for a few months - there is much truth to the new Apple commercial with the guy that asks for every action - Allow or cancel. It's is also slower than XP - and I have 3GB RAM on my machine.
