By mistake, I installed Windows 2000 OS on wrong one (120). After realizing the problem, I reinstall OS on the right HD, but with out removing OS from the previous wrong installation.
Now I have problem! After boot in, my computer dose not see the HD on which I accidentally installed Windows 2000 OS, therefore I can not use it, clean of format the other drive.

2) How to install fresh Windows XP OS or Windows 2000 OS without first installing Windows 98?

Try Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Storage/Disk Management

If the drive shows up there, you should be able to partition/format from there. If it's not there, you might have a hardware issue.

1. You should be able to use FDISK to repartition that second drive, then format it. Another solution would be to re-option the two drives. The small one is master and the large one is slave. Power off the machine and change both jumpers to reverse the roles. The cable can stay just like it is.
2. If you have full versions of XP or 2000, you will not even need the Win98 distribution media. If you purchased upgrades for these, go ahead like XP or 2000 is a full version. In the installation, the upgrade release will ask you to insert the Win98 full version for license checking only. It won't use it for anything else. Once you are verified, continue with the XP or 2000 install.
