There are no non-stop flights from Clark Airport to Legaspi City airport. The only possible option is to fly from Clark airport to Cebu airport, then to Manila airport and finally to Legaspi City airport. However, you'll have to overnight in Cebu or Manila because of Cebu Pacific's schedule.
