There is no classical homeopathic remedy by this name. It sounds like one of those mixtures of herbs and remedies that use "homeopathic" as a buzz word but have no right to the name.
There is a remedy "cholesterinum" which I sometimes use as an inter-current remedy with constitutional prescribing in lowering a patient's cholesterol but I don't recommend acquiring some and popping a few.

Being a Homeopath I have never heard of any such medicine, I recommend the following treatment for bringing down high Cholestrol levels :-

1.PHYTOLACCA DECANDRA 30
2.PHOSPHORUS 30
3.CHOLESTERINUM 30
Three Drops Each in a sip of water half hour before meals thrice a day always take them on an empty stomach. And avoid Chocolates Coffee Mints and Red Meat while you are taking any Homeopathic remedy.
Take care and God Bless!

If you have high LDL cholesterol levels then you need something more than just water (which is all that homeopathic products are). There are plenty of real cholesterol lowering medications that have very few side effects.

Homeopathy does not work. Headaches and little aches and pains are one thing to play with, but high cholesterol has a potential to cause heart attacks or strokes. Don't screw around with homeopathic nonsense! This is your life we're talking about here! Think of your family and friends at least.
