The wife cheated on her husband and got pregnant because of it. The husband (now ex) has to pay $1,200/month (more than $200,00 over 15 years) and all those idiot judges have to say is "We recognize that the former husband in this case may feel victimized". Are these idiots for real? How do they become judges? It's not his kid and they are saying he is responsible. They use a quote that essentially says that it is his fault for trusting his wife. The stupidity of some people never ceases to amaze me. It's no wonder their judges. You need to be an *** to be one.

Any child born during a marriage has always been legally considered the child of the husband. The Judge was following the law.

i almost got caught up in that same thing here in Florida, i told my family to prepare for my leaving the country if i had lost,luckily she got pregnant after our legal separation so the judge allowed DNA,,, i was sooo out of here,,,,,,, this entire country's laws are out of control

as wrong as the wife is, thats true, the law is written that way. i agree, its not right.
so try and do something about it.
write the reps and leg in FLA to let them know you feel it needs to change.
