To look glamorous you gotta have confidence and a speck of attitude to your mix. I mean, you can be sporting a fabolous Vera Wang dress and still look totally wrong. So it lies with your self acceptance, whether curvy,slim or athletic built , love the skin ur in and rock that image.

Confidence.
Even the most glamourous-looking girl will seem cheap and sleazy if she doesn't have the right attitude. But besides that, I think it has a lot to do with the way a girl dresses. She has to go the extra mile to look good but not cheap. She should be modest with her clothes, make-up, and hair, but not too plain-Jane.

The whole package. Everything is put together, hair, makeup, outfit and accessories. All done right with a little kick.

well it depends on if you have natrual beauty or not.
natrual beauty is always great but makeup helps.
