Yes, if you are late your best bet would be to take a pregnancy test. If you are this late then pregnancy is a likely reason, and you can have cramps when you are pregnant. Actually it is very common during the early months of pregnancy to experience cramps, some of which feel like menstrual type cramping.

If you had unprotected sex less than 14 days ago, then a late period is not highly indicative of pregnancy just beacuse you aren't very fertile right before your period (but you are still fertile).

If you had unprotected sex 14-24 days ago, then a late period is highly indicative of preganancy (most fertile time) and the cramps might be the onset of morning sickness.

If you had unprotected sex more than 24 days ago, then you can DEFINITELY use a home pregnancy test to find out with high accuracy (99.9%) if you are pregnant.

To find out, use a home pregnancy kit or go to a public clinic and speak with a doctor.

It is very possible. The body is used to having a period and will still cramp up as if it was preparing for a period. You may be pregnant. Have you tested? Go to the doctor

Cramping is normal in early pregnancy. Things are stretching and changing. Take a test. Best of luck.

Yep, take a home test. Often when pregnant you will still feel mild cramping around the time you expect your period and after it's passed. This is your uterus expanding. You won't know until you take a test.

If your late you need to get a pregnancy test. Cramping is normal. If you are pregnant your uterus is already expanding and that causes uncomfortableness.
