This Super Bowl last Sunday in Miami was the first of all the Super Bowls ever played in Miami (around 10 now) to be played with rain falling the entire game.

Nope. Those cities would have a fit if the NFL all of a sudden stopped giving them the Super Bowl.
Also, while the weather may be nice inside the dome, some of the locales have them because of how miserable the weather is outside this time of year, like Minnesota and Detroit. I think most of the people involved would rather be in Miami than Minnesota in early February.
I loved seeing the Super Bowl played in the rain. I like seeing it played on grass in weather.
Football's a rugged game. It shouldn't be played in a vacuum. If it were up to me, the Super Bowl host rotation would be something like Chicago, Green Bay, Buffalo, New England, Cleveland and so on.

Nah .. Its nothing new for Florida. It rains all the time here. The super bowl in 2 years would be in Tampa, and watch it rain. I'm surprised their wasnt a thunderstorm during the game, just rain.
