If it was the "special of the day" it should have been 2.49 plus the tax. And those people alsways ask if i want the meal r not but i've never been pressured. I say you go back and tallk to the manager, and if that was the manager, you call the Franchise hotline.

If it was the special of the day, it should have been less than $3.00. Heck, 2 weeks ago, I went to a Subway and got a 6 inch club. I wanted the meal, mainly because I was thirsty and wanted the drink. The girl gave me the sandwich and said she didn't feel like ringing me up. I was in shock, and asked if she was sure. She said, yeah, take the sandwich. I asked if I could at least buy the coke, and she told me to take that too. I didn't feel right, but I wasn't going to argue. The next person that came in, she charged. I don't know why...it was weird.

I had the same thing happen when I went to order a wrap (which was on the menu for $x) and they tried to charge me additional money for the 6 inch being a wrap.
I walked out and never went back.
That was an easy option for me, since I don't frequent Subway very often. If I were you, I would call the telephone number they have posted on the wall, or speak with the jerk "manager" directly and in person.

Ive noticed that almost everytime I go. I get the same thing...down to the t, and almost each time the price is different. I didnt agree with it at first but after like the 15th time of it happening I just didnt worry about it anymore. I would call the hotline and complain.

maybe it's the workers who work at this subway and you should definately call the hot number and tell them that they are over charging you and possibly give you a coupon for so much money to get at least two subs free for the employees rudeness.

That sounds about right. The prices are subject to change, plus tax. Hmmmmmm..................thats why its a better deal to buy the meal and get a drink and some chips. You're welcome to file a complaint, Im sure you can even do it online, I do it all the time and even if nothing happens, its a great feeling!

Places like this should realize that there are plenty of other places that are also looking for business. It sounds like a bunch of creeps is in charge, so I would avoid them and find another place that has respect for the PAYING customer.

I would call the corporate office and tell them about it. Then I would log onto www.kudzu.com which is a consumer website. Find that Subway restaurant (make sure it's the right one), and rate them.

i hear you on the rudeness. it seems the trend with much of any place, any where. i haven't been to subway in years. i finally realized that i could save $ by making my own sandwiches and passing on the rudeness.
