hi ,I have got this recorder, which I havn't used very much, but now when I play a dvd, it plays in black and white,only, any suggestions ?. my set up consists of the dvd recorder, a video, and the telly. Ihave checked all the leads thanks

if you still got it under guarantee then you can take it back to the shop and inform them of ure problems they should be able to either replace yours or send it away for repair...me personally ill stick with me betamax VCR not bad for 20 yr old machine

Sounds like a problem with your audio/video cables (red, white & yellow cables). Or if you use component cables. 1 of them is loose, broken, or just bad.

scart lead problem... you may of checked it but one could have a broken pin or something ..
