Its not the world that's miserable it's the people that are in it that make it miserable it is a wonderful world if we just take the time to sit back and look at it. Its only a miserable world to live in if you let it! IMHO As for exciting things to look forward to there are plenty, a fantastic career for starters and lots of aspirations to follow.

When you feel miserable start smiling at people once you get talking to people you find they respond in a positive way and that will help you. Cheer up there are a lot of good ones out there, it is not all bad .

Everyday of the rest of my life. The world may be miserable but I don't have to be. When I do feel miserable I think of something that makes me realise how lucky I am.

You get out of life what you put in. Correspondingly you feel good or bad in the way you see the world. The bad part may be more in the news but there is far more good in the world than bad. When bad happens you see all the good people will do to try and help.

Ive always looked forward to friday.
Its like a holy institution now.
