i think i would choose Cuba!! i would turn it into a manatee refugee island. of course this is after castro dies.

I would take over the NEW MANATEE ISLAND just walk right in and take it over from the lovely person who is going to be in charge of it...
then you will see big changes, real big changes, for one i would keep the Queen that is in power in power, and I would make myself her lovely man servant or maybe the KING

wow! Cuba would be great! part manatee refuge, part a great tourist destination as it was back in the day! less crowding in the Keys and Bahamas that way.
