I think one of them is Doom3. Can anyone else tell me about other scary games.

Silent Hill and the Resident evil series are probably the most known ones.

Well,i recently got Half-Life 2 and that game is SUPERB but there is 3 out of 15 chapters what is REALLY scary! It is a scary game but if its not so scary to you,buy it just for playing cause im telling ya,that game is the BEST!!! It really has a great ending!

The suffering scared the heck outta me. That one is the best in my opinion. Silent hill 1, 2, 3, and 4 were great, Doom 3, great choice, Resident evil. code: veronica, for the dreamcast, resident evil in general actually , fatal frame, was great, prey for the x box 360, was a little more... creepy then scary. uhhh...there are a lot of them!

Man, I totally agree. Doom 3 made a pansy out of me, and I was in the infantry in the Marine Corps. It got to the point where I wouldn't play it at night, or when no one else was home. My wife would always laugh at me when I'd jump in the chair too. Why don't they have duct tape on Mars?
I've heard silent hill is scary too.

I agree with the first poster..SILENT HILL scared the crap out of me! :)
Imagine walking in TOTAL darkness with only a flashlight, and suddenly you light upon the scarriest most distugusting thing ever... it's a really creepy game trust me.
Resident evil was sorta scary...but more addictive than scary really I think.

Resident Evil, I can never play em'. I'm terrified of Zombies and stuff like that. I play for 5 seconds and get eating alive, I start screaming and thats it for Joe, haha

Shadowman for Nintendo64 used to scare the hell out of me. I couldn't play it on my own, always with my husband around.
