Depending on the type of harassment, i would suggest a few different things. It also depends on how big your company is and their policies - again, depending upon the type of harassment. Human Resources is probably your nest bet and will get the issue documented so there is a paper trail. I would start there or also perhaps talk to your immediate supervisor. It would;t hurt f you had a fellow employee who could vouch for you and act as a witness as well so you can prove your case a bit stronger. If all else fails, you can go to an outside source such as the labor board...yet if it is that bad, I would seriously recomend finding a new job...life is far too short to be miserable at a job. Good luck!

You should review your contract and the policies of the organization and see how they handle harassment. If there is an HR department you may want to speak with someone in there. It's also important to document and detail what is happening and when it is happening. The more details and information you can provide will serve you better in the long run. There are ways to speak with the person directly that is harassing you but I suggest looking at your contract and contacting HR first.

You need to address several issues. First, are you being harassed. Second, if you are being harassed talk to the harasser and try to resolve the issue. If this gets you nowhere you can talk to your manager about the issue. If this still is not resolved go to HR. You should definitely document everything as this progresses.
