The planet ALGORE, 10th planet from the Sun...
You can't miss it, it keeps spinning in circles and has no apparent natural orbit or purpose, but to annoy the other planets. But it is for sure Cold....

It would have to get very warm for global warming to force the demise of humanity. The worst it's going to do is melt the polar ice caps, and make the sea level rise by 20 feet. It will kill off some species that are very sensitive to temperature change, but humans will adapt and survive.
And don't believe anything you hear about humans causing global warming. This is just a scare tactic from the extreme left to push their political agenda across.

We expect to see the full effects of global warming within the next eighty to one hundred years. I see no way that we will find another earth like planet and make it possible to reach that planet within that time period let alone get any but a few people there to begin with. The real issue is not escape but resolution of the problem. I believe that in time humans will find a way to adapt or to at least alleviate the problem.
