My boyfriend and I had protected sex and 3 days later I took Plan B. 6 days after taking Plan B, I got my period, which was 3 weeks early. Do I count my ovulation from the day I started my second period? And also, 20 days after my second period, we were messing around and get got inside me, but only for a couple of seconds. Do you think that my chances of being pregnant are high? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi - its really not that likely that you are pregnant. But you should never say never.. so the best bet is to wait until your next period is due and if it doesn't arrive get a test done then. in the mean time you are not going to be doing yourself any favours panicking about it - make sure you take responsibility for not getting pregnant in the future, and remember that it is also the job of your bf to be sure you don't either - make sure he realises this! although no need to beat yourself up - we are all human and do stuff that makes us feel good at the time, forgetting the possible consequences!!! and yes, i think you should count from the first day of your last period, early or not.
take care xx

Paranoid is a good name for you!!
If you had protected sex, and then took Plan B (your period started to flush out any egg that might have been in there)

Why don't you look into other forms of birth control? If you are on a method you trust... you can actually enjoy sex more, and be less stressed out.

Plan B or EC is about 88% effective if used correctly. You did use it correctly. However, it is normal for EC to knock your period off track or to see bleeding afterward. Your chances are about 88%, so my advice to ease your mind schedule an appt a take a pregnancy test at a Dr.'s office. I don't recommend home pregnancy test early in pregnancies.

Your are paranoid. Chances=Slim to none. Get on the pill, if that's something you can do. It's pretty effective and will help reduce risk of pregnancy in those times of accidentle slip-ins.
