like the 34 in 34A. what does it mean? and what does the A mean too? (im not talking specifically the A and the 34, just in general)

the number is the measurement around your ribcage underneath your breast, plus five inches.
the letter is determined by the difference in the number of inches around the fullest part of your bust and your ribcage.

The 34 is just your back size. The A cup refers to the size of the breasts. Someone who wears a 34A, would typically have a 35 inch bust measurement around the fullest part.

It's the measurement around your chest. If you use a measuring tape and wrap it around, you'll see the 32, 34, 36..
