It depends on how long your period was and how early you ovulate. You're generally considered safe the first 5 days of your period. After that, it's possible, but not likely if you have no fertile discharge. Although it's rare, some women ovulate as early as the 9th day, and considering that sperm can live up to 5 days (only if you have fertile discharge) you can do the math. But if you have "regular" cycles the same length every month, most likely you are ovulating 12-16 days before your period starts. Count 3-5 days before that as possibly fertile. An average woman becomes fertile around the 10th day or so. So yes it's possible, but not very likely.

Any time there is unprotected sex, pregnancy can happen. It depends on when you ovulate, etc. Various factors can have an effect on ovulation so it can vary month to month. YOu can actually get pregnant while on your period, it has been known to happen. Use protection then no worries. Best of luck.

More than likely no...you aren't ovulating in order to get pregnant. On a 28 day cycle you ovulate around day 14.

Yep. When you start your period that is the begining of a new cycle. Your period may not alwayz go away when your pregant. Be careful
