I believe that would be some form of copyright infringement!
However sometimes you can by a book used for $1 on www.abebooks.com (Which is not copyright infringement but almost highway robbery).
P.S. I'd wait and borrow it from a friend in case its no good...

yes! i got it this way ... u may try on the download programs like... bear share... etc...try to search the net for them... where i`m from, the odc and also dc++ are the best... but that is locally
