Eat - small meals every 4 hours, like and apple, cheese and juice, or a 1/2 a tuna sand witch and water, skip the soda and over caffeinated and sugary stuff will just give you a quick boost then you will crash. Make sure each "mini meal" has protein and stay well hydrated. Water is really fantastic for keeping you going. I took a survivalist course and we kept going 72 hours straight on a hiking expedition with this method. Hope it helps!

Go back to getting 8 hours of sleep a night, that is what the body requires to function properly. You can try taking panax ginseng one half hour before your lowest energy period during the day. That product will boost your energy levels for 4 hours. And you can start wearing a magnetic necklace which should help with your strength levels, but take it off after work.

Exhaustion, Stress, Fatigue all are results of Physical and mental overwork. "Pranayama"- the breathing exercise is considered as the best remedy for such things. There are various steps. All that it aims is to get as much air from your lungs and fill it up with fresh air. As you age, you will be tempted to breath in less air and so less oxygen. There is always a volume of air that is stagnated in the lungs. The more it is, the more you feel tired. The breathing exercise is trying to mix that air with more fresh air. For example, Breath in for the count of 4, hold it for the count of 8, and breath out for the count of 16 is one method. Inhaling through one nostril and exhaling through another nostril is another method. If you can do the deep breathing exercise 20 to 30 times, early morning, after drinking two glass of water, your energy level will improve with in 3-4 days. I guarantee.

Very often exhaustion as you've described here is more emotional than physical. Stress and other personal difficulties are known to take a very rough toll on the human body. Learn some relaxation techniques, choose your companions wisely, try to solve some of your private issues, eat nutritious meals and drink lots of water. Avoid caffeine, junk foods and alcoholic beverages.
Also, going to bed after midnight will definitely make you physically ill. Please take good care of yourself!!!
