Lately I can be easily distracted and someone always looking, of course my consious tells me because I look their way. What are some tips to how to avoid them in school and at work, staying focused and being yourself?

A lot of people do this because they admire you, they want to be like you, so feel flattered. It's so common in teens because they go through many emotions and always looking at others for inspiration and comparing themselves to that person.

If you're easily distracted, like me, you could go for the simple approach and tell them to mind their own business (but may be not a good idea). But I find it works just to shut your eyes for a few seconds and then don't think about them looking anymore, get engrossed in your work and carry on.

Good luck!
