Could you possibly be a little more specific about which friendly-fire incident you are referring to. Thanks

I saw it a couple of days ago, after it was released from the British. Thought it seemed strange that the incident occurred almost 4 years ago and the American acknowledgment that it was indeed friendly fire is just coming about now.
