I don't care if it is waterproof or not, I just don't want it to smudge. Thanks!

I use Maybelline Line Stylist and it's the only eyeliner I've tried that doesn't smudge or wear off. You can also try using a waterproof liquid liner for more precise application.

Liquid liner, waterproof, or otherwise is pretty smudge proof of course.
If you like pencil, Clarins actually makes a good waterproof liner.

2 Tips: Make sure the pencil is nice and sharpened when using, so you get a more precise line to begin with. And try to avoid any sort of cream shadow, stick with powder.

I prefer not to use liquid eyeliner so I dont know much about it. But I knw that M.A.C. eyeliner doesnt smudge.. And for a cheaper alternative Hot Topic eyeliner does well also.

I love liquid eyeliner and it's pretty easy to apply. Try the Revlon color stay eyeliner. Very inexpensive and stays all day. My lids get oily but my eyeliner never smudges!

Pretty much any liquid liner won't smudge. Just make sure you have a very steady hand or you'll end up looking... odd.
