Here is a freebee for people who hate rap to answer rap sucks and get 2 free points... but 10 points for this one to the right answer. Who is the original singer of the song Doin It, that LL Cool J took the sample from for his version?.. I am not looking for the sample. (I know that is Grace Jones) In the late 80's there was a rap song, buy a young girl called Doin it... it is where the hook on LL's song came from.

2 Much. I remember the girl who was rapping went by the name Almond Joy, but I couldn't remember the name of the group so I did look it up.
The song was called "Wild Thang". I remember hearing it on local New York rap radio shows for a while

Rap, hip hop, and ESPECIALLY R&B, would be nothing without rock. So everybody that agrees with this, and likes rock, is a REAL true hip-hop fan.
