Do you have outlook or outlook express?

In outlook go to the file menu, then click import and export.

When the box comes up click on export to a file

Then choose either comma separated values or tab separated values. Its personal choice which you choose.

Then choose which folder you wish to export

Then type in the file name and then next

Then click the finish button and after a short time it should be done.

Outlook express has a similar method.

I hope that helps
