How old are your ferrets?
If a female ferret isn't fixed and goes into heat it can die from anemia because it'll stay in heat until it gets with a male. So get your ferrets fixed.
There are too many in shelters everywhere, US and UK, we don't need to have you add to that.
There's is a bit of risk involved for your females and breeding them is not as easy as getting them a male. If anything would go not quite right you'd have to fork out a bundle in vet care. Are you willing to do all that?
Again, we do NOT need any more BACKYARD BREEDERS.
Please do the right thing.

If you are in the UK don't breed. There are more than enough ferrets going around. Most of mine are rescues. The last two are albino hobs who were going to 'get knocked on the head' because the so called breeder couldn't find them homes. Best advice anyone could give you is get them spayed.

Most ferrets are neutered or spayed because of population. They are illigeal to keep in most states and (funny enough) are the ONLY animal listed on the "do not bring to school" list.

Unless you got yours from a breeder who does not spay/neuter, then yours arent going to be able to reproduce.

Where did you get them?

if you got your ferrets from a petstore, your chances of them being a "marshal's ferret" is high. Which means they were descented and spayed/neutered before they left the farm. Plus in the U.S I "think" it is illegal to breed them without a liscense. You may want to look it up.

you can find marshalls ferrets by looking for their website, if the name sounds familar it's because they also make and sell cages food and I belive toys for ferrets.
