"I Think About You" - Colin Raye.
I listened to that one all growing up.

"Traveling Soldier" - The Dixie Chicks.
Though it's not one of their more recent songs I really love that one to death.

"Jenny Dreamed Of Trains" - Vince Gill.
My favorite song as a child. It has a nice piano intro too.

It depends...old or new? There are many, many styles of country music. Maybe you should listen to some stuff on launchcast to narrow the field a bit...

Anything by Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, or Tim McGraw is good. Sorry, I need more info to be more specific.

The dixie chicks are v good, try 'Goodbye Earl',
Or a really good song is 'She's got her daddy's money' by ricochet or also little texas sings it... there are so many great country it would take forever to show them all!!
