Nah...headbands went out of style after the 50's & came back a decade later with the hippie generation.

My mother use to make me wear head bands every picture day in elementary school, I hated it!! But if you like it and you think it looks good on you go for it.
Or wait, do you mean wear a head band as across your chest? Wow... ummmm... my mother never wanted me to do that lol. I think you should forget about that idea sweetie, no matter how petite you are. Getting a strand of material that will barely cover your nipples would not be cute.

maybe, why don't you try a a high pony tail or a thick head band and try the chain as a cute belt with a pair of jeans match with a cute top and your set.

ummm...depends on where you're wearing it to. if at a flea market or something of that sort, then yeah...but not like out in the public to say the mall or a date.
