L1 Visa - 221 g?

I have attended interview in US Consulate for L1 visa, they have issued 221 g with some of the documents require from US office. they have done every thing except
"letter (on letterhead) from the personnel department at the U.S. job site stating that there is a vacancy for you."

Please send me the format if any one have, it will be great help.

I would suggest a differnt forum for this, possible travel may help.
