We become happy when our desires (conscious or unconscious) are fulfilled. More correctly, when we align our desires with what they should be.

Happiness is a smile or laugh about something which satisfies your desires at that moment. Children can have full happiness, but happiness cannot be obtained in full with the desires of more which come from the knowledge. The knowledge requires the demand of satisfaction which may not be fulfilled immediately or never be satisfied. When a demand is unsatisfied, it become unhappiness. If it is fullfilled then we have happiness. However, the knowledge is a world of thoughts, representing some through many materials and actions, which has an unlimited space or countless demands while our resources have a limit. Our world and civilzation is based mostly on material and physical life so it is impractical to obtain happiness without these. In another approach, God always dwells in the human body and gives us the dignity to accept the things cannot change and the courage to change the things we can that for example "Love our body" which keeps the flesh temple healthy for God's dwelling is also a helpful way to make us happy.

We realise things. That is all I can say. There is immediate happiness, which most people encounter, that happens when we find something funny, or are given praise, or fall in love etc. But there's also long-term happiness brought about by a sort of inner peace. It is all about being happy and appreciative for the entire world.

Happiness is what you are, not what you have. It is not a destination, it is a journey. It is the ability to give without return and to love unconditionally. Happiness is a decision you get to choose each and every, brand new day.

Happines originates in behaviour.
Don't lie, steal, abuse, betray or deny, under any circumstances, and the natural law of the universe will ensure that no-one will lie, steal, abuse, betray or deny back. These are the cause of man's suffering. Without them we are left with honesty, giving, caring, trust and acceptance. These things make us happy.

In order to be happy in life, you have to be happy from inside, that is, you have to be happy with yourself. Once you achieve this, then you can have anything you want in life through your imagination. You are the creator.

Happiness is a decision that you must make. We can choose to enjoy life or not.

Personally; I feel that we must know who, what, and why we are here. It cannot be forced upon you! You must discover for yourself. I know what I believe, but I cannot convince another how they should live.
