Within in my immediate group of colleagues - i would say absolutely not! But amongst the workplace as a whole i'd say definitely. Unfortunately there are some narrow minded bigots who are not happy until they are stirring and making another colleagues life hell. The worst thing is when those around know better but do not stop this sort of evil behaviour, which makes them far worse...
Thankfully, i personally have not been subjective to that kind of behaviour.

Currently no. Previously, many creeps and a couple of back stabbers. Luckily I found a job where I only work with one other person and he is great.

most definitly!! we have members of staff who have been promoted purely because they are willing to report anyone for the slightest of things & staff who listen to you complaining or moaning about someone or something at work & sympathise with what you are saying then go repeat what you have said to all & sundry.at work no one is your friend.remember that!!!!
