With frequent movie attendance, you can earn points with a customer card from both AMC and REGAL Cinema.

The only 2 ways i know you could get free tickets for AMC or REGAL is if you win them from some kind of lottery or show, or if someone buys them for you.

Regal has a card that if you attend movies you get points and once you get enough points you can get different things. (I've gotten, free soft drink, free small popcorn, and a free movie ticket.)
