What does one thing have to do with the other? It's fine to like who you like, whether you like their family or friends or not.

yeah its OK to like a guy even though u made fun of his brother. but that don't mean hes gonna like u back. if u really like him u will stop making fun of his brother and apologies. then don't ever do it again.

I make fun of my wife's sisters all the time. I am not kidding either, they are really strange (two of them, anyways).

She makes fun of my brothers. They deserve it too.

tread lightly you don't know if their relationship is good or bad he may tease his brother who knows but as the rule goes i can tease you because you are my family but no one else better or they will get a beat down.. so if you like him be kind to his family including his brother...

you obviously can like him, it's your heart, but if he really feels hurt about his brother wait for him to cool down and ask him out, and apologise to his brother to make things better
